Neutrogena #StrongFoundation

This is a compensated campaign in collaboration with NEUTROGENA and Latina Bloggers Connect however all opinions are 100% my own and honest.

In my opinion foundation will make or break your makeup look. Finding the right formula for your skin and the right color will be the difference maker in the way your makeup will look.

I am going to share with you guys my tips in finding my right shade:
1.  First know your skin type. If you already know your skin type then skip down to #3. Make sure that you know whether you’re dry, oily or combination skin.
2.  What is your undertone? Mine is olive so I like a yellow undertone foundation.
3.  Neutrogena’s website offers a Shade Finder Quiz where you input your skin type and it will select your product works best for you. Take the test before you go into the store. It will make your trip so much easier.

Before I apply my foundation I make sure that my face is moisturized. I prefer to apply my foundation with a blending sponge. I feel it makes my application appear flawless and dewy.
I wet the sponge a little bit, pore the product on the back of my hand, and then dab the sponge into the product and begin blending away.

The Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup is great for my skin type because the dewy formula keeps my skin feeling hydrating and not allowing it to dry. The color Medium beige is a little light however I prefer to have a foundation that is light then one that is too dark for my skin. You can build with bronzer and contour.

I love trying out new foundation. Its the hardest piece of makeup to find for my skin type. But hey its all trial and error right?!

Thank you Neutrogena for allowing me to be apart of the #strongfoundation campaign and to you guys for checking out my post!

 Have a great weekend!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Neutrogena. The opinions and text are all mine.
