How To: No Frizz Curls W/ Pantene + GIVEAWAY!!!!!

Today's post I am going to show you lovies who to get a glamorous red carpet look using Pantene Pro V hair products. Myself along with Latina actress/singer Maite Perroni's stylist are going to show you step by step and tips and tricks on how to achieve red carpet ready hair.

Maite Perroni "Vas a Volver Querer" Music Video

When I was younger I used to watch some many novelas with my mom. I was a huge fan of Thalia and one of my favorites was "Maria La Del Barrio." ( I know I am going back huh?!) So I am thrilled to re-create the beautiful Maite Perroni music video look. Isn't she just gorgeous?!!!

The first step of this look is using the Pantene Pro-V No Crunch Curls Whip ($7.99). This product is a leave in moisturizer + styler in one and is designed to soften curly hair. The No Crunch Curls helps detangle, de-frizz and define curls without feeling crunchy or sticky feeling.

Tip: Make sure your hair is a little damp when applying this product. Start from your ends and work your way up. 

Step 2: Spray the Heat Protection Spray onto your hair concentrating on your ends. This will protect your hair from being damage from the heat of the curling iron. 

Step 3: Section your hair and then take your curling iron, I am using a ConAir 1inch iron (can find it at Walmart) and grab medium size pieces and wrap your hair around the iron. 

Step 4: Take your Flexible Hold Spray and spray your hair so your curls stay in tact.

Step 5: Take a small amount of the Sculpting Wax and place it all over your hair. This helps with fly aways and those annoying baby hairs around the hair line. Then use a comb and light comb your hair. 

Step 6: Lastly spray your hair with the Shaping Hairspray to finish off your look!

How to get Clear Skin + Selfie Tips + GIVEAWAY!!!

Hola Chicas! 

This blog post is all about how to achieve clear skin and how to take a great selfie. I will share with you some of my tips and tricks on how to have great looking skin for those selfie pics. :)

Tip #1: Take care of your skin. To take a great selfie you should be taking care of your skin. There are so many apps out there to smooth out this, and get ride of that but honestly your pics will look fake. Being natural and honest will give you the best results. I have been using the Neutrogena Acne-Fighting line. Keeps my skin looking radiant and clean so I'm not dealing with acne problems. I take off my makeup at night with the cleansing wipes. Then I clean my face with the cleanser and then the foaming scrub last. The cleanser is great to use both in the morning and at night.

Tip #2: Be confident. A picture is like a reflection in the mirror. If your not confident it will show. Love yourself first and your beautiful imperfections. Remember that no one is perfect.

Tip #3: Take good angles. Practice in the mirror what angle is most flattering. Mine is turning my face slightly to the right and tilting my chin down.

Last Tip: When taking the picture make sure that you have good lighting. I prefer in front of a window with lots of sunshine coming through. It will make your selfie clear and you won't have to add a filter. If your lucky enough to have studio lighting, a ring light is a great tool for taking a great selfie as well.
